In this simulation you'll act as a Product Owner. The main duties of this role are:

  • Collaborates with business and technical teams to analyze market issues, create prioritized product backlogs, and work directly with development teams to deliver products.

  • Works with our product management team and development team to understand and coordinate product strategy, release timelines, and product quality.

  • Analyzes market problems. Works on sprints of different teams and attends meetings.

  • Involved in all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment).

  • Communicates regularly with every stakeholder of the product.

Simulation Context

You joined the Yemeksepeti team, the first brand that comes to mind when it comes to online food ordering in Turkey, in the position of Product Owner. In your first week at Yemeksepeti Park, while you were warming up to your new workplace, you also started working on existing work with the team.


Development requests came from various departments within the company for Yemeksepeti's mobile application and website. Throughout the simulation, you will need to create a 'sprint order' by listing these requests and set up an A/B test for a development that needs improvement based on the results of the developments.
