In this job simulation you will experience the role of a CX Manager (Customer Experience Manager).

As a CX Manager, the areas of responsibility at Proludus are:

  • Customer journey mapping - By understanding students' touchpoints, feelings and needs, mapping and improving the student's experience journey and identifying opportunities for engagement

  • Data analysis and visualization - Collect, organize, interpret and visualize data to inform decision making and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences

  • Evaluation - Evaluating the effectiveness of customer experiences with different evaluation methods

  • Project management - Planning, organizing and managing multiple tasks and resources to achieve a goal

  • Continuous improvement - Reflecting on the effectiveness of learning experiences and taking feedback-based action to improve results

Simulation Context

Proludus is working on ideas that will create an alternative bridge for students in the transition from university to business life. After long research, the team decided to develop a new product called "business simulations". You can think of these simulations as shortened and simulated versions of tasks that professionals face in a real job.


The main target audience of these simulations is university students. Proludus aims to expand its market reach by expanding its existing workforce training services to the student segment. This new product allows students to experience what it is like to work in a variety of roles and industries, and to practice and develop their skills in a simulated work environment.


You joined Proludus as a CX (Customer Experience) Manager, which offers trainings to employees in corporate business life. Your job is to design, develop and implement engaging customer experiences for users. While determining the right content by considering the end-to-end experiences of the university students, who are the target audience for this project, you should ensure that the learning experiences are designed to meet their special needs.
