What you’ll be doing:
Leading influencer marketing as a key user acquisition channel, managing budgets and executing campaigns 🙌🏻
Planning and executing growth-oriented projects to expand our user base 💡
Providing user support through Ludi’s communication channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our users 💙
Crafting and implementing a killer content strategy that resonates with our audience and increases engagement 📱
Building strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players 🤝
Maintaining and strengthening communication with student clubs to foster long-term relationships 🎒
Managing our social media content calendar, overseeing content creation and design to maximize engagement and brand visibility 🗓️
Supporting the development of Ludi’s simulation content, ensuring it meets client expectations and delivers impactful job simulation experiences 📑
Identifying and engaging with target accounts, spotting key leads for our growth strategy 🎯
Executing e-mail campaigns, leveraging B2B sales automation tools to nurture prospects and keep our leads engaged 📨
Facilitating customer success by assisting clients with job simulation prep and inquiries, making sure they have a positive and impactful experience 🔗
We’re looking for someone who:
Is currently pursuing their Bachelor’s degree in Istanbul
Is in their 2nd or 3rd year of studies
Can dedicate at least 3 days a week, with at least 2 days in the office
Has a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Can fully focus on their role at Ludi to create a deep impact without getting sidetracked by too many other commitments
Can commit to a minimum of 6 months in this role, with the potential for extension to 1 year or more based on performance
What we offer:
A competitive salary, calculated as a fraction of $1,000 based on the number of days worked. For example, if you commit to 4 days per week, your salary would be $800 (calculated as $1,000 * 4/5).
